911 DIALING – EMERGENCY SERVICES

By using our Product, you expressly understand and agree that it is not designed or intended to support emergency calls to hospitals, law enforcement agencies, medical care units, or any other form of emergency service. You acknowledge and agree that 011GLOBAL is not obligated to provide emergency services in accordance with any local or national rules, regulations, or laws. It is important to note that 011GLOBAL does not serve as a substitute for your primary telephone service. As you consent to this Agreement, you also recognize that separate arrangements must be made to access emergency services. You accept full responsibility for acquiring traditional wireless or landline telephone service independently, which provides the necessary access to Emergency Services. Please be aware that neither 011GLOBAL nor its Officers bear any liability for emergency calls. Furthermore, you understand and agree to waive any and all claims, damages, or losses, and you hereby release 011GLOBAL and its Officers from any such claims or causes of action that may arise from or relate to your use of the Product to contact emergency services personnel.

This limitation applies equally to Virtual Numbers (DIDs) issued under this Agreement. Virtual Numbers are not assigned a physical emergency-response location and cannot be used to reach emergency services in any country, including Greece and other jurisdictions where local regulations may otherwise require emergency-calling capability for geographic numbers.

SERVICE

Flexible Rate Structure: Rates are subject to variability and are subject to change without prior notice.
Toll-Free Accessibility: 011global US Toll-Free Numbers are accessible within the contiguous 48 states of the US. They are not accessible from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Payphone Usage: Calls from payphones are exclusively available through Local Access Numbers.
Numerous Access Numbers: We offer multiple access numbers. Please refer to our website for an up-to-date list before purchasing our service.
Toll-Free Access in the US: Utilizing the Toll-Free Access Number within the US incurs an additional charge. Please consult our website for the charges related to Toll-Free Access Number calls made from outside the US.
Local Access Number Charges: By using Local Access Numbers, you accept the charges imposed by your telephone provider for making local calls to our number, without replacing your local telephone provider.
Access Number Verification: By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to verify before each call that you are using the designated access number and not making an international call through your telephone provider in error.
Transparent Pricing: All rates on our website are calculated based on the Highest Denomination of the Calling Plans.
Billing Increments: Calls are billed in one-minute increments, rounding up to the nearest minute.
Monthly Service Term: 011GLOBAL offers its Service on a monthly basis. The term starts on the day of service activation and ends on the day before the same date of the following month. Renewal is automatic unless a written notice of non-renewal is provided at least 10 days prior to the term's end.
Payment Responsibility: If you terminate the service before the term's end, you are responsible for the full payment until the end of the term, including any applicable disconnect fee and unbilled charges.
Service Upgrades and Promotions: If you select a service upgrade or promotion, a new commitment period may apply. Disconnection before the new term's end may incur a recovery fee.
Promotions and Incentives: Promotions and incentives apply only to new customers who have not used our services previously.
Exclusive Promotion Selection: While multiple promotions may be active, only one can be chosen at a time by a new customer.
IP Address Collection: We collect non-personally identifiable information, including IP addresses, to monitor site integrity and prevent fraud.
Prohibited Use of Service: The service must not be used unlawfully, abusively, or inappropriately.
Termination for Unlawful Use: We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for unlawful or inappropriate use, with charges applicable until the term's end.
Right to Disconnect: We have the right to suspend, discontinue, or disconnect service at any time, with specific reasons provided.
Unlimited Calling Plans: Unlimited minute plans are subject to fair usage. Misuse may lead to termination.
Service Use Outside the US: While our service is accessible outside the US, we may not support service in all countries. Usage violations may lead to immediate termination.
Service Distinctions: Differences exist between our service and traditional telecommunications. Our service is provided on a best-effort basis and is not subject to the same regulatory framework.
No Directory Listing: Phone numbers obtained from 011GLOBAL will not be publicly listed in telephone directories.

Regulatory Numbering Compliance: Numbers provided under the Service, including Virtual Numbers (DIDs), are subject to the numbering plans and regulations of the applicable national regulatory authority (e.g., Greece's Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission, "EETT," for Greek numbers). Customer's right to activate, retain, or port a Number is contingent on compliance with those requirements.

Virtual Number (DID)

Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of virtual phone numbers ("Numbers") provided by 011 Global Inc. ("Company") to the customer ("Customer"). By purchasing and using the Numbers, the Customer agrees to abide by the terms set forth herein.

Virtual Phone Number Ownership

The virtual phone numbers provided by the Company remain the property of the Company at all times. Customers acknowledge that they are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Numbers for the duration of this Agreement. Numbers are a limited public resource regulated by governmental and telecommunications authorities; assignment of a Number to Customer does not constitute a transfer of ownership or numbering rights, regardless of any references to "ownership" elsewhere in this Agreement.

>Geographic and Regulatory Restrictions

Certain Numbers are restricted by local law or regulation to use only within, or by persons/entities located in, a specific geographic area. For example, Greek geographic Numbers are subject to EETT numbering regulations, which may require verification of a Greek address, identity, or business registration before activation. Where such restrictions apply, Customer agrees to: (a) provide accurate and current end-user information, including proof of address or residency, identity documentation, or business registration as required for the specific country or Number type; (b) ensure the Number is only used by an end user located in, or otherwise eligible under, the corresponding geographic area; and (c) promptly provide updated documentation upon Company's request. Failure to provide required documentation may result in delayed activation, suspension, or reclamation of the Number, and Company will have no liability for any resulting delay or loss of service.

>Third-Party Acceptance Disclaimer (OTP / Financial Verification)

Customer acknowledges that the Company cannot guarantee that any Number will be accepted by third-party services for account registration, one-time-password ("OTP") verification, two-factor authentication, or by banks, payment processors, or other financial operators. Such third parties independently determine which numbers or number ranges they accept, and may reject, block, or restrict Numbers (including Virtual Numbers/DIDs) at their sole discretion and without notice to the Company. The Company is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or inability to complete verification or registration arising from a third party's refusal to accept a Number.

Porting Process (In)

Customers may initiate the porting process to transfer ownership of a virtual phone number to the company. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and complying with any porting requirements. When porting a virtual phone number to the company, the customer agrees to transfer ownership of the number to the company.

>Porting Process (Out)

Porting a Number away from the Company to another provider is handled on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. Certain Numbers, including but not limited to certain Virtual Numbers/DIDs, number types, or numbers in specific countries (which may include Greece), may not be eligible for port-out due to regulatory restrictions, carrier limitations, or the terms under which the Number was originally obtained. Where port-out is available, Customer must submit a valid, signed Letter of Authorization and/or a recent invoice/bill copy identifying the Number(s) to be ported, and is solely responsible for obtaining any other authorizations required by law or by the receiving carrier before initiating the port request. The Company may decline a port-out request that is not eligible for porting or that does not include the required documentation, and will advise Customer if a specific Number cannot be ported.

Purchase and Payment

Customers agree to pay the specified fees for the virtual phone numbers as outlined in the Company's pricing and payment terms. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing and payment terms with prior notice to the Customer.

Use of Virtual Phone Numbers

Customer agrees to use the virtual phone numbers for lawful purposes only. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Numbers immediately if any unlawful or inappropriate use is detected. This includes use that violates the numbering regulations of the country associated with the Number (including, for Greek Numbers, EETT rules) or the Geographic and Regulatory Restrictions above.

Release of Numbers after 6 Months 3 Months of Inactivity

If a virtual phone number remains inactive for a period of 6 consecutive months3 consecutive months, the Company reserves the right to release and reassign the number to another customer. Inactivity is defined as the absence of any incoming or outgoing calls or messages on the virtual phone number. Upon termination, the Customer must cease all use of the virtual phone numbers, and any outstanding fees must be settled. By using the virtual phone numbers provided by the Company, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

>Reclamation for Regulatory or Compliance Reasons

In addition to reclamation for inactivity, the Company may reclaim a Number, with commercially reasonable advance notice where feasible, if required to do so by a telecommunications regulator or applicable law, or if Customer fails to maintain the documentation required under Geographic and Regulatory Restrictions above.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION, AND WARRANTIES

In this section, the term "011GLOBAL" or "Us" refers to 011Global Inc, including its owners, affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, and any other service provider(s) involved in delivering the Service outlined in this Agreement.

Liability Disclaimer for Damages

011GLOBAL, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and other service providers associated with the Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, compensatory, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, wrongful death, personal injury, property damage, loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Service. This also includes the inability to access emergency service personnel through the 911 dialing service or obtain emergency assistance. These limitations apply to claims based on breach of contract, product liability, tort, and any other theories of liability, whether or not the likelihood of such damages was known.

Limitation of Liability

011GLOBAL shall not be held liable for any failures, delays, degradation of voice quality, or interruptions caused by factors including, but not limited to: Equipment, facility, or network failure; Equipment, facility, or network modification or upgrade; Equipment, facility, or network shortage; Equipment or facility relocation; Acts or omissions of vendors, service providers, underlying carriers, or third parties; ISP or broadband service provider outages or port blocking; Impediments caused by third parties; Acts or omissions by you or users of the Service or Device.

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the virtual phone numbers. Other causes beyond our control, including communication failures. Our liability under this agreement will not exceed the Service charges applicable during the affected time period.

The Company will not be liable for any delay, suspension, denial, or reclamation of a Number resulting from Customer's failure to comply with applicable numbering regulations or documentation requirements (including those specific to Greece or any other country), from actions taken by a telecommunications regulator, or from a third party's refusal to accept a Number for OTP or financial verification purposes.

Indemnification

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold 011GLOBAL harmless from claims, damages, fines, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from or related to the Service, including emergency service dialing, brought by you, third parties, or users of the Service.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

This Agreement does not grant any remedy, liability, claim, reimbursement, or cause of action to any person or entity not party to this Agreement, and does not create any third-party beneficiary rights.

Content Responsibility

You must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and usage instructions for you and any user of your service. You are liable for content transmitted through the Service, whether authorized or unauthorized. 011GLOBAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if use or content violates this Agreement or interferes with our ability to provide service.

Copyright and Use of Content

The site and its Content are protected by copyright laws. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Content or Product without written consent from 011GLOBAL. Provisions in this section will be enforced to the fullest extent of the law.

CHARGES AND PAYMENTS

Billing Procedures

Upon activating the Service, you are required to furnish a valid payment method and email address. We retain the right to cease accepting your payment method. Notify us immediately in case of payment method changes, account closure, expiration, or loss due to theft. Monthly charges, taxes, and surcharges will be billed in advance to your provided payment method. This includes monthly service fees, activation fees, usage charges, international usage charges, premium services, add-ons, equipment purchases, regulatory fees, and taxes. Certain usage-based charges may be billed in arrears. If you are outside our jurisdiction, you are liable for applicable government taxes, fees, and charges. 011GLOBAL reserves the right to introduce new products and services at varying introductory prices. Monthly invoices can be accessed on our website using your account portal. If your 011GLOBAL balance surpasses $50.00 USD, we may bill more frequently. Usage charges are billed in full minute increments, rounded up unless this conflicts with our rate schedules.

Monthly Service Fee

Basic Service charge, including plan-defined charges. We may introduce a monthly "non-use" fee for infrequent pre-paid plan users to cover fixed costs.

Usage Charges

Excess minutes above your allowance.

Taxes

Charges imposed on customers by taxing authorities.

International Usage Charges

Fees for calls outside your plan.

Advanced Features

Charges for premium services and add-ons.

Billing Disputes

To dispute 011GLOBAL charges, notify us via email within seven (7) days of receiving your statement. Failure to do so waives your right to contest such charges. Send notices of disputes to support@011global.com.

Payments and Collections

Subscribing to the Service authorizes us to collect payment from your chosen method. This authorization remains valid for 30 days after you notify us of payment method cancellation. Non-payment may result in termination, with outstanding charges due. You remain liable for all charges upon termination, including collection costs. Debit/credit card distinctions are waived, and you acknowledge not receiving 10 days' advance notice for debits. We may send billing messages but are not obligated to do so.

Tax Responsibilities

Taxes, fees, or surcharges may apply to your Service. Charges can change without notice, in flat or percentage form. Your use may trigger various governmental taxes or fees, in addition to regular Service payment. Provide a tax-exempt certificate to claim exemption. Certification should be sent to the provided address.

Termination

We hold the right to terminate the Service or your Service individually. If Service is discontinued generally or for an unspecified reason, charges will apply until disconnection. Breach of agreement leads to charges for the full month's term and may be reported to credit bureaus.

Directory Calls

Directory Assistant service is not provided.

Additional Charges

Future features may incur charges imposed on us, which will be collected from you.

MISCELLANEOUS

Applicable Law

This Agreement, governing the relationship between You and Us, is subject to the laws of the State of Florida, USA, disregarding its conflict of law provisions. For any court action, including arbitration enforcement, both parties submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Florida's courts, waiving any objections to venue or forum inconvenience.

Mandatory Arbitration and Waiver of Jury Trial

Disputes arising between Us, You, your household members, employees, or guests regarding the Device or Service will be settled through arbitration by a single arbitrator under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be held in Florida, USA. The arbitrator's binding decision will adhere to the document's clear intent. No arbitrator may award punitive damages exceeding this Agreement. The rendered award may be enforced in court. Claims shall be arbitrated individually; class actions are prohibited. Any Service-related claim must be filed within one (1) year of arising or be time-barred.

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is legally invalidated, the remaining portions shall remain valid and enforceable.

No Waiver of Rights

Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Agreement Source

This agreement is derived from public information but adapted for 011GLOBAL's business context and customer base.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, inclusive of Service rates on our website and any subsequent modifications, governs Service use by You, household members, employees, and guests. It supersedes prior agreements, statements, and representations.

FUTURE CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

011GLOBAL may amend this Agreement and notify You through postings on www.011Global.com. Changes become binding on the date posted and apply upon continued Service use.

FAIR USE POLICY

011GLOBAL's Fair Use Policy explains permitted service usage and combats exploitation, fraud, and abuse of unlimited calling plans. Our service is intended for normal residential, non-commercial, live person-to-person use. Unauthorized business, call center, telemarketing, and fraudulent uses are prohibited. Excessive usage, indicative of abnormal patterns, may trigger network congestion or fraud detection, leading to service suspension.

PRIVACY

While utilizing public internet and third-party networks, 011GLOBAL is not liable for privacy concerns related to the Service. Our privacy policy, accessible on our website, provides additional information. Any end-user information collected to comply with geographic or regulatory numbering requirements (such as proof of address for Greek Numbers) will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and used solely for the purpose of number activation, retention, and regulatory compliance.

REFUND POLICY

Read this Product License Agreement before using the service. If you disagree, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Once service use starts, refunds are unavailable. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU CONFIRM READING AND ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT.
